A $50 registration fee is required to reserve each family's spot, with the remainder due at check-in. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. It cannot be transferred to another person or to another year. In addition, any registration received after the deadline (two weeks prior) incurs a $25 late fee per person. Housing (hotel or cabin) is based on both registration date (first-come/first-serve), as well as family size. Your housing assignments (hotel or cabin) will be sent to you approximately 10 days before the event. Registration fee includes registration fee, airport shuttle, housing, meals, and choral packets.
